Weekly calls and check-ins

Every week, we will check in and celebrate your successes. We’ll look in depth at what changes you’re making and we’ll work through any questions you have.  Note: We do NOT offer customized meal plans that outline what to eat, when to eat, and portion sizes because this leaves you no further ahead with your own experience.Truth is, you don’t need that kind of “convenience”.

Ongoing Support

I am with you every step of the way. Resources, Q&A sessions, recordings of in-house meetings plus the WILDFIT recordings will all be available for you. There are live calls as well. So when you have questions or need guidance? Help is just a message away.

Education

Understanding the “why” behind your nutrition choices is crucial. We provide you with the knowledge and resources to make informed decisions about your diet, empowering you to take control of your health. It’s a process that equips you for life.
