Like many aspects of Human Design, sleep habits are different for each energy type. It is important to rest and recharge in a way that is most nourishing and beneficial to you.

MANIFESTOR

Sleep habits to thrive by include relaxing as much as possible for an hour or so before bedtime to allow time and space for unwinding from the day. If you can go to bed before feeling exhausted, you will find falling asleep is easier than once you are beyond tired.

GENERATOR

Sleep habits to thrive by include being really very tired before you go to bed. Yes, that’s not what you expect to hear, I know. But for the generator, you need to burn off the worker bee energy you have generated during the day before you can really rest.

MANIFESTING GENERATOR

Sleep habits for you to thrive by include a mix of the generator and manifestor – this means that while you need to go to bed before reaching the point of exhaustion, you also need to use up the generated energy by reading, watching some relaxing TV or listen to music as you wind down for the day while in bed.

PROJECTOR

Sleep habits to thrive by include slowing down an hour or so before you plan to sleep. Relax and do whatever you prefer to do to unwind and be sure to go to bed before you are at the point of exhaustion.

REFLECTOR

    Extremely useful information. As a follow on from this aspect of sleeping is there a human design resource that covers the bed? For example……………….The positioning of it. Which direction the head should face etc. Which side to sleep and so on.
    This website is exactly what is needed today. Personal directions to follow whoever we are. Wonderful. Thank you.
